Antique brass bound jewellery/games box

 
This is a wonderful brass-bound rosewood box that may have originally been a games box but could now be used for jewellery. Beautiful brass fretwork to front and top with decorative escutcheon and cartouch. Fitted interior with numerous compartments and lift-out tray, all lined in green velvet. There is a fitted mirror in the lid. This is a quality item that has been professionally restored.
