Very pleasing watercolour of a Highland loch with sailing boats within and mountain behind. With a pair of fishermen to foreground. In glazed modern gilt frame.
Edwin Earp was the son of Henry Earp senior, head of a large family of artists. He painted across the British Isles and in Europe. He favoured landscapes and especially mountainous scenes in Scotland, Wales and the Lake District.
