A carved oak cased Winterhalder & Hofmeier 8 Day "Ting Tang" Mantle clock in full working order having just undergone a professional clean.
This clock strikes the quarters on the ting tang and the hours on a single gong.
There is a brass dial with a silvered chapter ring with roman numerals and lovely brass spandrels.
The case has carved columns and a galleried top. There is also a key.
